*** Full details at the end of this post ***

Let’s checkout some of the early entries…

We had LOTS of lovely witches!

First up we have Mary Terry’s GORGOUS green-faced version of  Whitney Witch. I live her coordinated outfit. A Funky Friends Factory toy is a great way to use your holiday fat quarter packs.

This sweet Whitney Witch Pattern. Kerry Hansen made Whitney with spider web lace stockings! The orange really pops against the other colors in the toy.

Next is this red-headed Whitney Witch by Sandra Scaggs. She has some striped stockings, showing you don’t have to use Halloween fabric on a witch.

There are two different Halloween patterns and three total Funky Friends Factory characters in this photo. Do you see all three? Alesa Neson used fake fur for the hair on her Whitney Witch and she is joined by Batty Bat & Boo Ghost – see the close up below…

Batty & Boo were popular too!🦇👻

Here is a close up of Alesa Neson’s Batty & Boo… I love the shiny fabric she used for Batty Bat!

Halloween parties are such a fun part of autumn school activities for many small children. Some classes get extra special treats! Jan Hoffman sewed 24 Batty Bats this year for her granddaughter’s class – it looks to me like each one is different, too!

What a lovely grandmother!

And WHO says a Ghost HAS to be WHITE?

NOT Jennifer Newman Brown! She has used ALL sorts of fun fabrics for her bunch of Boo Ghosts!

Cute Halloween cat toys!

Joy Davies sewed her Halloween version of the Kitty Kitty Kate Cat Pattern using glow in the dark fabric!

Chari Cure said she used scraps of Halloween fabric to sew this Patch Pussycat for her granddaughter. Patch Pussycat is designed to use several different fabrics for a “patchwork” effect, and I think that’s why this pattern is so popular every year for using up Halloween fabric fat quarter packs.

And Dogs…

Ellen Kasper sewed a whole lot of Puppy Pete Dogs from fun Halloween fleece fabrics… this would be a cute way to give every grandchild their own unique toy!

Here is a close up of 2 puppies so you can see how Ellen has fussy cut the fabrics to place a pumpkin on Pete’s nose!

We had some Halloween Teddy Bears, too

Nancy M Ciccosanti sewed this beautiful Halloween version of Ben the Beginner Bear. She has fussy cut the fabric specially to place the spider web in the middle of his tummy! Ben was designed with a single piece, “no seam” tummy panel for showing off special designs like this one.

Darlene Tavernia sewed Melody Memory Bear in Disney Halloween fabric! She perfectly placed Mickey & Minnie on each side of Melody’s tummy.

And cute Halloween Ducks!

Kirsty Louise Barnett sewed Dilby Duck in a bat fabric combined with  sparkly minky. How fancy!!

And Rebecca Karstad  sewed Dilby Duck as ‘Count Duckula’ – (she used the FFF Free vampire pattern Add On for his cape and fangs!)

And a cute Halloween Mouse!

Sheila Hanson sewed Maximus Mouse in a Halloween print… he’s ready for Trick or Treating with the little pumpkin flashlight in his paws!🎃

And last but not least…

Janet Hampton Loomis entered her Plattie Patypus sewn in a cute Halloween fabric print – who knew Plattie would look so pretty covered in black cats and witches’ hats!
