And Julie Taylor used a leather snout and long pile fake fur on her Harmony the Highland Cow for a wild and wooly look!

We had some super cute memory bears this month!

This Melody Memory Bear Pattern was sewn by Julie Jordan using a variety of keepsake clothes.

What a well-dressed bear!

And this Melody Memory Bear sewn by Christine Whitehead is made from baby clothes. She used 5 baby outfits to make this patchwork look. The pink bow is a great touch. 🎀

This is Calico Signature Bear sewn by Ange Angela of Angemadeit. She used a knitted jumper for this special memory bear. It’s definitely not a project for a beginner, but Ange did a great job with with clothing keepsake.

Looking for an EASY memory bear pattern?

Ben the BEGINNER bear pattern is perfect for you – this cute chubby baby bear is easy to sew, with no complicated arm or leg joints. This Ben the Beginner Bear was sewn by Lindsey  Mortimer of Mortimer’s Handmade Memory Keepsakes. at a smaller than usual size, 80% of the pattern size. She helpfully placed a water bottle next to it for reference. Ben is a petit 10 inches tall at 80%, versus his normal 12 inches tall.

AND Carol Jenkins gave Ben the BEGINNER bear a fuzzy and feminine  look with this fancy fabric. The tiny floral print is a nice contrast.

If you have a special t-shirt logo you want to display on the front of a bear, Ben the BEGINNER bear pattern is the pattern for you! Karen J Page used a t-shirt design on Ben’s tummy and some plaids on the rest of the toy.
