My favorite lemon recipe is actually my mom’s recipe, and as it is her birthday on the 16th and she is far away in another country, I think I will make this again (for the 3rd time) on her birthday…

My father used to make homemade lemonade for us but we used to wish we had fizzy drinks like the other kids. Now I would give anythng for freshly squeezed lemonade – haha!
