Quilt Market Kansas City in Photos!
Yeeeeeeeehar! It’s fabric time!!!!
I am ALWAYS so excited to check out the other stalls to see the NEW fabric ranges.
Here are a few of my favourites ~>
Although I missed Tula Tnk herself… her booth didn’t disappoint! Her Monkey Wrench fabric line with monkeys, bananas and wrenches of course is so bright and funky – it was the winner of the most creative booth award.💛
Here’s Elizabeth Hartman’s booth and I love the Lemur quilt she’s designed.
I also love the bright cheery colours of the Alison Glass fabrics…
I have been so wonderfully supported by Island Batiks and their fabrics look absolutely divine made into Funky Friends. Here I am hanging out in their booth with Elizabeth and Igor Iguana.
And fun news – one of the lovely store owners that I got to see at Quilt Market was one of our SMFFC Members – Shellie Blake who has a quilt shop in Arkansas called The Bed-warmer Quilt and Sew and we got to go for a Kansas BBQ dinner at a restaurant which has a fabulous bronze bull out front!!!
Hanging out and havin’ fun in Kansas City! 😀
Do you have a favourite fabric designer you’d LOVE to meet?
Till next time… happy sewing!
