Hey, it\u2019s time to introduce<\/span> Stu the Sea Turtle Pattern <\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span>and announce the winners of the GUESS the next pattern competition – I think I have kept everyone in suspense for long enough! I have taken the extra time to ‘polish’ the pattern so he\u2019d be extra cute,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

…so I hope you think he was worth the wait! Without further ado, let me introduce you to<\/span><\/p>\n

Well, lots of you guessed right but I think I managed to keep a few of you in the dark, as Stu\u2019s flippers looked rather dragon-like in purple!<\/span><\/p>\n

Stu, is made from cotton quilting fabrics BUT he will also look great made in fleece and corduroy, for some lovely texture too.\u00a0I wanted to make him a boy, as he is named after Stu, who is a fabulous Funky Friends Facebook fan, and I have to say, I am very pleased at how nicely he turned out in these bright, bold, boyish colours. He\u2019ll make an awesome toy for boys, but I\u2019m sure you can make up a really gorgeous, girly-pink turtle too!<\/span><\/p>\n
