I survived the New Year’s party – but got woken up at 5am on New Year\u2019s day to find a HUGE cow outside the back door! ( Being ‘city slickers’ – we’re still a bit overwhelmed by how BIG a real cow is up close!!!)<\/span><\/h3>\n

It must’ve been spooked by the fireworks and hubby and I had fun chasing it back home! So please forgive me\u2026 for 2011\u2026 it\u2019s got to be,<\/p>\n

And now.. a little secret project I have been working on… a NEW PATTERN for the New Year!<\/p>\n

It’s easy to make a New Year’s Resolution, but sooooooooo much harder to keep it! I read somewhere that one of the reasons is that we JUST FORGET! With all of life’s distractions, it soon gets forgotten. So you’ll really increase your chances of achieving your goal, if you just constantly remind yourself about it! HOW EASY IS THAT!<\/p>\n

I am forever making little sticky-notelet reminders for myself not to forget stuff, and so I decided it would be pretty cool to make a 3-D version for my first 2011 pattern, and so here we have…<\/p>\n

I got a speeding ticket the week before Christmas as I was day-dreaming in the car, so I have placed RESO near my car keys so I remember to watch my speedo!<\/p>\n

\"\"I think this would make an\u00a0excellent kids craft project<\/strong> during this long school holidays, especially with all the wet weather we’re having it’ll be a great indoor activity. I know when I was younger a\u00a0“Don’t fight with my brothers” New Year’s Resolution<\/strong> would certainly have been something I could have been reminder of a LOT – ha!ha! : )<\/p>\n
