{"id":1883,"date":"2011-02-24T14:00:13","date_gmt":"2011-02-24T14:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manage.funkyfriendsfactory.com\/blog\/?p=5019"},"modified":"2019-02-05T10:46:40","modified_gmt":"2019-02-05T00:46:40","slug":"update-on-website-down-after-upgrade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/manage.funkyfriendsfactory.com\/blog\/update-on-website-down-after-upgrade\/","title":{"rendered":"UPdate on Website DOWN after UPgrade!?!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>We may have caught that Gremlin!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Things are slowly returning to normal, but, phew, it&#8217;s been <strong>a hairy few days<\/strong> for me &#8211; <strong>NOT being able to even SEE my website<\/strong> and <strong>NO email access<\/strong> nearly drove me crazy!<\/p>\n<p>I was up until 2am last night fixing broken links and trying to get the log in working&#8230; and TODAY&#8230; <strong>beauty sleep is definitely required<\/strong>!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5020 aligncenter\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A8A5A9; padding: 4px;\" title=\"web upgrade -sense of humour\" src=\"https:\/\/manage.funkyfriendsfactory.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/web-upgrade-sense-of-humour.jpg\" alt=\"web upgrade - sense of humour\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Upgrading websites is not recommended for the weak-hearted! Luckily we had <strong><br \/>\n&#8220;FULL TUMMY&#8221; <\/strong>and<strong> &#8220;SENSE of HUMOUR&#8221; on the preparation list!<\/strong> : )<\/p>\n<p><strong>I will get <\/strong><strong>back to EVERYONE personally<\/strong> who has emailed through a question or concern about the  website transfer BUT it is taking me a while to get to all the emails so I want to use this blog post to\u00a0 <strong>put everyone&#8217;s mind at rest that things are nearly back to  normal <\/strong>and <strong>answer a few pressing questions that people are asking<\/strong> &#8230; like when can I access my  patterns again, and when can I log in and buy some more???!!!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>The website is NOW up and stable. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Customer Account database crashed in transit and so nobody was able to log in and access the website for about 24 &#8211; 48 hours, <strong>EVEN ME!!!!!<\/strong> <strong>So I FEEL your frustration!<\/strong> : )<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You should be <strong>able to log in now<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>emails are working again<\/strong> ,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>the web-developers are <strong>working on transferring ALL the existing Download pattern purchases<\/strong> <strong>bought on the OLD WEBSITE to the NEW WEB SITE<\/strong> so these will be reappearing in customer&#8217;s Accounts shortly!
