Well… <\/strong><\/p>\n

that’s what you get when you <\/strong>combine the Toy Society <\/strong>with BrisStyle<\/strong>….<\/p>\n

I just couldn’t wait to\u00a0 add some toys of my own,<\/p>\n

and it seems,
\nneither could<\/p>\n

For those of you who don’t already know…<\/p>\n

The Toy Society<\/strong> project was started in Australia in June 2008 by a local crafter, Bianca, as an attempt to create a \u2018something for nothing\u2019 experience<\/strong> for anyone who discovered a toy.<\/p>\n

What started as a small personal project has now spread around the world and become known as a Random Act of Craft<\/strong>.
\n

<\/p>\n

How it works, you simply make your softie, add the required tags and letter<\/strong><\/a>, pop it in a zip-lock (rain proof) bag … and drop your ‘orphaned’ soft toy in a public place<\/strong> for a complete stranger to find and love<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Who could resist? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Certainly NOT a <\/strong>soft-toy-oholic like me, that’s for sure!<\/strong> : ) and besides… I had just the most gorgeous fabric for making some ‘girly’ frogs<\/strong> for the drop!<\/p>\n

I popped out of the sewing room this afternoon for a little while to get a bit of a fresh air…<\/p>\n

and when I got back…<\/p>\n

LOOK what I found! <\/strong><\/p>\n

I think someone else is ALSO\u00a0 excited about the toys we are making<\/p>\n

for the drop!!!<\/p>\n

You can get involved too!<\/strong> Whether you are in Australia or on the other side of the world you can take part in the mega Toy Drop. Get your Mum and your Nana involved, your friends at work or school \u2013 anyone who loves to craft for a purpose. Check out the
