Thank you to Sasha<\/strong> from Fabric Fusion<\/strong><\/a> for including me in her OPEN DAY celebrations!<\/strong> I had LOTS of fun teaching the Pattie Platypus toy making class <\/strong> in her nice sunshine-filled shop! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\nThe fabrics we used were absolutely AWESOME! <\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Toy Surface Art<\/strong> & Veritas <\/strong>are two Australian Designers that Sasha is now stocking in her Fabric Fusion<\/strong><\/a> store.<\/p>\n

LOOK how cute the platypus turned out made up in the Veritas design called Warratah Blossoms.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Besides the Platypusses\/Platypii(???) that we made in the class…

I also made up some Funky Friends samples<\/strong> in the other fabrics and I just LOVE the big bold prints!\u00a0 This is Randy Rhino<\/strong><\/a> made up in Surface Art – Japanese Floral Green-Charcoal.<\/strong> LOOKS like he’s hiding in a leafy jungle!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is Heather Hippo<\/strong><\/a> made in Surface Art Japanese Floral – Orange. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This is Larry Lion<\/strong><\/a> made up in Veritas – Warratah Blossom<\/strong>. Love the pink and gray<\/strong> combination!<\/p>\n

I loved seeing how the Funky Friends turned out in these fabrics as they are so different to what I would usually pick for my toys<\/strong>… and I have to admit I was blown away with them!<\/p>\n

I think my favourite has to be Randy Rhino! \ud83d\ude42 <\/strong>
