It’s summer here Australia so I’ve been enjoying the wonderful wintry Christmas creations in our Facebook group. Here is a fun selection of snowmen, reindeer and polar bears to inspire your sewing – plus a few other North Pole residents for good measure!\u2744\ufe0f<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

First up we have a festive Reggie Reindeer<\/span><\/strong><\/a> in a fun, starry fabric. This rather dear deer was sewn by <\/span>Pam Robinson<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This up-sized version of the Reggie Reindeer pattern<\/span><\/strong><\/a> was sewn by Patricia Lyndaker-Delles <\/b>and it was our most popular Facebook post in November! This big fella would look great next to your Christmas tree.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nat Egan<\/b> made this sweet Reggie Reindeer<\/span><\/strong><\/a> as a keepsake toy from baby clothes. The non-traditional colors look fabulous! \ud83d\udc97<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

While the regular Reggie Reindeer pattern<\/span><\/strong><\/a> is made with button joints, you can also make a \u201cbaby safe\u201d version with the limbs sewn in the seams. Preston Polar Bear<\/strong><\/span><\/a> is one one my older patterns who made a rollicking comeback this year with a new photo tutorial. <\/span><\/span>Monique Metho<\/b>t made her Preston with a cute cotton print. He may not blend in with the snow, but who wants to blend in when you’re this adorable!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This fleece version of the Preston Polar Bear Pattern<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0sewn by <\/span>Diane Montague<\/b> looks ultra-huggable (I’m sure much more huggable than a REAL polar bear!).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This cute version of my All I Want for Christmas Santa Pattern<\/span><\/strong><\/a> was sewn by Gail\u2019s Little Sewing Room<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Gail is really in the Christmas spirit this year!) has arrived a bit early under her Christmas tree. He’s obviously hoping for extra cookies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve gotta say, I love the fun prints <\/span>Fabulous Fabric Things<\/b><\/span><\/a> used on their version of the Santa Sewing Pattern<\/span><\/strong><\/a>! What a great way to use up your collection of Christmas fabrics.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
