RECOMMENDED FABRICS:

I used cotton fabric to make my bat and ghost but they can be made from most types of fabrics, fleece, of any type, stretch fabrics eg. velour, chenille and flannelette, and corduroy.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Main fabric (bat body) - 23cmx55cm wide / 9x22inches wide.
Wing fabric - (bat) 20cmx70cm wide / 8x28inches wide.
Craft Eyes - (amber) 12mm / ½ inch craft eyes.
White fabric (Ghost) - 25cmx46cm wide / 10x18inches wide.
Black Felt or embroidery thread for ghost’s face.
2 chenille sticks/pipe cleaners for wings.

Batty is fun! A easy sew and perfect for Halloween. Batty literally flies out of my shop. The first 2 were made for my girls and I can testify to the enjoyment of these babies flying through the house! I love that even if you forget to put the wire in her wings (oops!) she still looks good! (Posted on 10/30/2017)
